Maneck K. Gilder, Architect

Overview

Maneck K. Gilder, Architect, is a multi-disciplinary architecture firm established in 1996, specializing in Corporate and Residential Interiors, which prides itself on combining the personalized service of a small practice with the professionalism of a large concern.

The philosophy of the firm is to maintain design excellence and effective communication with the client and contractors during all phases of development, a critical component in the creation of successful design.

An essential characteristic of our project management is our continuous involvement through all phases of a project--schematic design, design development, contract documentation, site supervision during construction and eventual occupancy--through active collaboration with clients, specialist engineers and experts in the fields of HVAC and lighting.

We emphasize attention to detail from the initial stages of the project. All detail drawings and specifications are prepared and submitted to contractors for obtaining their offers prior to commencing work at site, in order to reduce discrepancies, delays and cost overruns during the construction process.

All projects are planned in totality integrating space allocation, furniture layout & design, electricals & lighting, air conditioning, etc. so that they work coherently as a unified design.

What is common to every assignment, no matter the size, is our commitment to innovative, appropriate design and high standard of quality, while achieving the goals of cost effectiveness and timely completion.
